Abdulrahim Bello Abdullahi, fondly known as Alkent, stands out as a unique individual. Born on November 20th, 2004, Alkent is a true embodiment of hard work and determination.
As the son of Malam Bello Abdullahi, founder of Alkent Company Nigeria Limited in 1981, Alkent is following in his father’s footsteps. He’s carrying on the family legacy with pride and dedication. With a talent for shoe making and a driven personality, Alkent is making a name for himself in the industry.

The origin of his nickname “Alkent” dates back to 2019, when he was in SS1 and exploring his passion for architectural designs. In search of a nickname to sign his drawings, he stumbled upon “Alkent” and it stuck. From then on, every sketch and design was signed with the name that would become synonymous with excellence.
Alkent’s journey in shoe making began in October 2023, when the idea struck him. He spent months perfecting his craft, and by early 2024, he started learning in Mansur Fashion Shoe Academy. And since March 2024, he started making his own shoes and he has made over 100 pairs of shoes all by himself, showcasing his dedication and skill.

As a professional shoe maker, Alkent brings style and comfort to people’s feet, one shoe at a time. He’s also a Computer Science student, working towards a bright future. As the last born of his family, Alkent has learned to navigate his path with independence and resilience.
Though he may not have achievements to boast of yet, Alkent’s focus and perseverance will surely take him places. His Scorpio traits shine through in his intense and ambitious personality.
Alkent lives by the motto “Be different, and be scarce,” a testament to his values of exclusivity and individuality. You won’t catch him smiling often, but when he does, it’s a rare and precious sight – a reflection of his serious and introspective nature.
