A warranty is our promise as a brand: If a true manufacturing defect appears in your shoe within a set time, we will repair the shoe (at our discretion). It covers production flaws only—not normal use or damage from how the shoe is treated.
What is Alkentify Care Guarantee?
It’s our commitment to quality and your peace of mind. We back our shoes against genuine manufacturing defects (like sole detachment, stitching failure, or premature material separation from no abuse).
- Shorter coverage on the ₦15k durable collection (everyday reliability).
- Longer coverage on the ₦18k premium collection (lightweight, top-tier materials we have extra confidence in).
This shows we care about your steps and believe in what we make.
How it Works
- Covers only manufacturing defects that show up during normal use.
- Duration starts from date of purchase.
- Exclusions (same for both collections): Normal wear & tear, scuffs, fading, misuse/abuse, accidents, water damage, improper care, wrong size/fit complaints, third-party alterations, or consequential losses. Leather issues from regular wear/environment are not covered.
- We inspect claims fairly with your proof.
Claim process
- DM us on X, INSTAGRAM, or EMAIL (@alkentify) with:
- Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice)
- Clear photos/videos showing the exact defect
- We review and respond quickly.
- If approved as a valid manufacturing defect: We arrange repair (where possible).
- You bring the shoe to us at your own cost. After repair, you pick it up at your own cost.
No shipping reimbursement.

- Features: Durable, good for everyday use.

₦18,000 Shoes
- Features: Very durable, very light-weight and unique.
- Warranty Duration: 90days/3months.
- Coverage: Manufacture defects only.
- Exclusions: Accidents, Water damage, improper care, misuse, customer-caused issues(wrong size, fit complaints).

- ₦18k Premium Collection: Lightweight, top-tier quality with superior materials (better comfort, breathability, and feel). Only one design available—premium components cost more to source and craft, so the price reflects that higher-end performance and longevity potential.
